Learn how to create striking pieces using a variety of fibres and fabrics. Flower Brooches, Rasta Ropes, Easter Nests, hats, fascinators, Nuno cushions and lots more. Have great fun with the versatile and exciting technique of feltmaking. Wet felting is a great craft to learn and will open limitless possibilites for you. Beginner and experienced feltmakers welcome.
Your facilitator will be Niki Collier, an accomplished textile designer and member of Feltmakers Ireland, who teaches this medium with passion.
COST : €30 for 1 class or €110 for 4 classes. Includes all materials.
Next class, Friday 10th August - 10.30 to 12.30 : Make some felt and then decorate it with gems - please feel free to bring gems of other bits or pieces you might want to incorporate into your felt
Please bring a medium sized towel with you - there is lots of water involved! Also, if you have it, some bubble wrap.
