Colour Theory / Application Workshop

This comprises two 2-hour workshops taking place on Saturday, 7th July and Saturday 28th July.

Part 1, Basics of Colour Theory, will take place on Saturday, 7th July at 11am upstairs at The Constant Knitter.  This workshop will focus on the basics of modern colour theory and will cover the following subjects:

Primary and Secondary Colours;  The 12-hue Colour Wheel;  Complementary colours;  Triads and Quads;  Colour Harmony;  Tints, Shades and Tone and Visual Colour Mixing.

Part 2, Beyond the Colour Wheel, will take place on Saturday, 28th July at 11am.   This will cover The Seven Colour Contrasts;  Colour Discordancy;  Colour Chords;  Identify in Colour;  Colour Temperature;  The Five Types of Colour Schemes and finally Colour Balance / Spatial Colour.

Cost:  €25 for each workshop
