Crochet Crash Course
Ideal for beginners and refreshers who know how to make a basic circle and would like to move on to make baskets, hats etc
You will learn working in the round, increasing, decreasing, the magic circle method and how to read a written pattern.
Hook and yarn provided.

Sewing Workshop with Maria Tapper

This one-day workshop will help you reinvent yourself and your wardrobe : improve skills with commercial patterns, cloning garments, alterations, upcycling or making patterns. Fleece to Yarn
Following the success of her last workshop Mary Cooper wants to announce another weekend of wool related fun. Covering the basics of all aspects of taking the raw fleece to a finished yarn, including washing, preparing, hand dying (natural, food and artificial dyes) & spinning with a drop spindle and introduction the the spinning wheel. Bring any fleece or equipment you might have. Suitable for all levels from beginner. Please bring apron and old clothes.
